BCT+ identifies client needs during intake for contracting of coaching, training, and all events. With 8+ years of optimized development and implementation, BCT+ has refined their competency and ability to evolve with  ontemporary needs, especially in the family-oriented side of the business. Buddy focuses on creating an environment where success is achievable regardless of identified issues.  

 Dr. Hernandez Parks is dedicated to supporting young children, families, teachers currently in the classroom, pre-service teachers and administrators. She has worked in multiple roles in the early education field including teaching at the early childhood and community college level. 

The IEP Coach LLC is a women owned, full-service consulting firm that provides support to districts, networks, and agencies to better equip their special education educators, with the necessary training and support to thrive in their professions. At the The IEP Coach, we believe that quality professional development and support promotes sustainability and longevity for all special education educators.
